VAT:

All products listed in our hospitality section are priced net of VAT.

Healthcare and Salon & Spa uniforms are priced including VAT.

Offers:

Mary Coppinger may from time to time carry out product offers.  These ‘offers’ cannot be used in conjunction with, or grouped with, any other Mary Coppinger offer or discount.

Security:

We take security very seriously at Mary Coppinger. That’s why any transactions you make over our web site are instantly encrypted by PayPal and worldnet, providing security for all of your personal information.

Delivery

Conditions of Delivery

Goods will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days. However if goods are out of stock for more than seven days we will endeavour to contact you with an estimated delivery date.  We are normally able to dispatch embroidered clothing within one week. ROI delivery is charged at €6.75 per order.  If you require next day delivery please specify on your order. (a surcharge may apply)

Customers from outside ROI will be charged at the most economical international rate. Mary Coppinger reserves the right to deliver the goods in reasonable installments, in which case you shall accept and pay for the goods in reasonable installments. Each instalment is to be treated as a separate contract.

Any claim for non-delivery of, or damage to, the goods in transit should be made in writing within seven days of the goods invoice date.  Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.

We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our web site in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available. We WILL NOT take credit card payment at this stage, and won’t take payment until your order is dispatched. If you do not wish another product or don’t want to wait, we will cancel your order without debiting your credit/debit card.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorized by our staff. If you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange call 0035321 4315818 or e-mail us at info@marycoppinger.com for a Returns Form.

Data protection:

All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Mary Coppinger Limited which would be of interest to you. Complaints

Mary Coppinger Limited take all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however if you feel you have a legitimate complaint to make you may direct it here: info@coppingers.com or use the online customer feedback form.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 7 days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned.

Disclaimer

Mary Coppinger Limited endeavor to keep product information as up to date as possible.  However, specifications are liable to change without notice. Product photographs are intended to illustrate the particular model but may, occasionally, not totally reflect the product as sold. Unless specifically stated, shoes, jewelry and other accessories shown on photographs are not included – please call for further details on any particular product.

The terms of the contract do not effect your statutory rights.

Guarantee

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases from Mary Coppinger Limited. However, if for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days. Refunds are not offered on Sale goods but you may exchange or receive a credit note. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. When exchanging or returning garments please telephone us on 00353 21 4315818 for a Returns Form, which should be completed and sent to us with the returned goods.

Risk and Ownership

The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address.  Ownership of the goods remains with Mary Coppinger Limited until payment has been received in full for the goods and any other goods for which payment is also due.

Force Majeure

Where we are unable to perform due to any circumstances beyond our control, we may suspend performance while those circumstances subsist and any agreed date or period for delivery shall be regarded as extended accordingly.  If any period of suspension of deliveries lasts for more than six months, either party may cancel the contract by written notice without penalty.

Returns Policy

If any stock catalogue garments are not required for any reason, we will be happy to replace them or to refund their value provided that; (a) the goods are returned to us carriage paid, unused, within 7 days of delivery and (b) our invoice relating to those goods has been paid by the due date.  When goods supplied correct to order are returned by the customer for exchange, additional carriage charges will be added.

Non stock, made to measure or embroidered garments will not be exchanged if they were supplied correct to order.  When returning garments please telephone us on 00353 21 4315818 for a Returns Form, which should be completed and sent to us with the returned goods. When returning goods, please ensure that your chosen carrier will guarantee delivery and insure you for the full value of the goods. Mary Coppinger Limited is not liable for returned goods lost in transit.

Goods returned without an official returns form will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
